If you hold back from sharing what you want to offer in the world because you can't find the words to express it to others, this online workshop is for you.
Rooted in my 20 years' experience as a freelance writer helping people to tell their stories, my experience as an embodiment practitioner, and my lived experiences as a sometimes-hermit who wants to create beauty in the world.
This workshop is for everyone, whether you're new to intentional somatics or in deep practice. And you definitely don't need to identify as a writer to find your words here.
Maybe what you want to offer is a community project, maybe it's finding the words for your website, maybe it's part of your paid work or a creative thing, maybe it's something completely new for you, maybe it's just a seed of an idea.
Date & Time
Tuesday 26th May, 7:00pm - 8.45pm BST (UK)
Online on Zoom - link emailed before workshop

What you'll leave with:
- a piece of text explaining what you offer, who it's for, the lineage its rooted in, and what it makes possible
- an embodied sense of the magic you offer
-
a clearer idea of how to articulate your offerings with integrity, outside of comparison with others
- an understanding of some of the fears or challenges that are present for you around sharing
- a landscape, an affirmation & a somatic practice to return to when the doubts creep in
- experience of feeling supported & celebrated by heart-led kin who get it
How we'll get there:
However you'd like to participate is welcome. Camera on or camera off. Share with voice or type in chat or just observe. Lie down in bed or sit or stand. Or, you can just sign up for the workshop recording if you can't make it to the live gathering.
Everything is an invitation.

First, I'll guide you through a somatic practice, where you'll spend time within an imagined vision connected to nature.
I'll guide you to sense into what's here within this landscape: physical sensations, thoughts, visuals, energetic awareness, ancestral wisdom, emotions and anything else that is part of your experience.
I'll also guide you to sense into what your individual offer makes possible for the collective and why it is needed.

You may enjoy this workshop if you:
- enjoy combining visioning with tangible outcomes
- tend to get stuck in perfectionism or unhelpful thought patterns, and want to explore more spacious ways of being
- can access some curiosity / non-judgement / self-compassion around sensations, thoughts & feelings that arise
- want to feel connected to your unique lineage, and supported by ancestors of all kinds, so your offering feels like a continuation of something
- want to offer your magic in service of an embodied vision of collective wellbeing that celebrates the alchemy of Black, BIPOC and queer experiences
- may experience chronic pain and/or experience the world through heightened sensory awareness, and want simple practices that feel accessible & sustainable
