Payment

Keep an eye on your email over the next few days. You will receive a payment link for this session. You can pay when you receive the link or, unless otherwise arranged by email. Payment must have been received by 48 hours before the session in order for the session to go ahead.

What to expect in your session

  • Coaching is a co-created partnership between us
  • Everything is an invitation
  • We are not focused on outcomes
  • We move at the pace of your sense-making

 

What to bring

  • A cuppa or something to keep you hydrated
  • Anything that supports you to feel rooted and present.
  • You may have a topic you want to bring. You may have a sensation you want to explore. You may not know how you want to use our session until we are together.
  • However you feel on the day is welcome.

 

If you're running late or having tech issues

Please send me an email to let me know. I'll wait in the Zoom room for up to 15 minutes past our scheduled start time, unless we have arranged otherwise.

 

After your session

It is important to give yourself space and time to process and integrate what has emerged. The invitation is to reflect, be with and go gently. This may look like

  • spending time in nature
  • moving your body
  • going for a nap
  • connecting with loved ones
  • writing/drawing/singing
  • making something
  • or doing anything that feels nourishing

 

Rescheduling / Cancelling

You can reschedule your session via Calendly with more than 72 hours notice.

If you cancel your session with less than 48 hours notice, you will not receive a refund. In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can have a conversation about making an exception to this cancellation policy.
