What is Breathe?


Breathe is our service offering free online life coaching sessions to people aged 18 - 30. If you would like to access this service, just drop us an email to put your name on the waiting list. Sessions will be available from 1st October. Each session lasts 30 minutes and takes place on Zoom. You can access up to 3 sessions.

Who are the coaches?

Breathe coaches are a small team of qualified coaches who are committed to the values of Everyday Writes: they are anti-racist, anti-homophobic, affirming of trans people and gender-nonconforming people, value the lived experience of all clients, and aim to be actively inclusive and accessible. Many of our Breathe coaches also identify as having intersectional marginalised identities. They offer their time for free each month to hold space for young people to access life coaching. 

 

 

Confidentiality and Ethics

Breathe coaches are committed to following the core values, ethical principles and ethical standards recommended by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics, including the core values of Professionalism, Collaboration, Humanity and Equity.

If you decide to book a Breathe coaching session, Nadia will send you a coaching agreement to read and sign before your coaching session, so that you know exactly what to expect before you begin.

Breathe coaches take our responsibility towards your privacy very seriously. We consider it an honour that you choose to share personal information and confidential experiences with us. All information disclosed at every point during your coaching journey (documented or verbal) is securely stored. Your coach will never (during your coaching journey together nor in the future) share or discuss any of your personal information nor any content from your sessions with any third party.

To book your session

Breathe sessions will be available from the start of October. You can access up to 3 sessions, and coaches have availability for weekdays, evenings and weekends.

If you would like to put your name on the list for a session, please sign up by "purchasing" a free Breathe session on this page (you will not be charged any money). Alternatively, you can send Nadia a message over on the Contact page. We will email you back you within 3 days of your enquiry (sometimes our emails go to the junk inbox by mistake, so keep an eye out there too!)
