A Space To Process

A Space To Process is an online space to collectively process our unique experiences of the pandemic, giving ourselves some much-needed time to slow down for an hour and process important aspects of the past two years. This space is an antidote to the story that we need to move on and get back to normal. It's a space to contemplate what we want to take forwards and what we choose to let go of. This session includes a visualisation practice (this is optional), and you will receive journal prompts afterwards based on questions that emerge from each session.

The ethos of the Spaces

Everyday Writes spaces are anti-racist, anti-homophobic, affirming of trans people and gender-nonconforming people, value the lived experience of all participants, and aim to be actively inclusive and accessible. Please only come along if you share these values.
